Juan Carlos Nova Madrid’s Expertise Regarding my professional skills, I graduated as a System Engineer and continued my academic career with a Postgraduate in Software Engineering. Later I got a certification in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). I consider myself proactive and work motivated in technology areas. I started my career as a software developer 8 years ago and from then my knowledge has enhanced in terms of in architecture solutions for different types of business (banking, retail, services, health, etc) and 3 years ago I had an opportunity to relocate myself to Buenos Aires because of my work in Directv, one of the most important satellite services provider in America. I am currently employed with CDT S.A., a recognized software development company, who works with one of the biggest health companies in Argentina. Throughout my career I have highly appreciated jobs who challenged me because this type of work generates teamwork and lets me learn easier about new technologies. From the the beginning of my professional experience I worked with JEE, oriented to Services Architectures: my first project was a product of SOA governance and Web Service Security. I have large experience in Enterprise Application Integration with SOA, REST, etc, making large applications developed in JEE standards and with SOA benefits integrating them with legacy systems and front ends solutions developed in different technologies like .NET. On the other hand I have a very good sense of teamwork generating a good communication between the members and involving them in the project to understand the impact of the schedules and delays. During my experience, I had to balance the importance of accomplishing project delivery dates and support production environments with my team, coaching them in the best way of developing software with an approach of agile methodology.
